Foell Builders has over 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry. Fred Foell began working as a custom home builder in 1983. “We would build the entire home from the ground, up. The only tasks we sub-contracted, were the mechanical trades. This is the only way I could be sure I was passing a home onto a homebuyer that we could all be proud of.” Foell Builders continues with the same philosophy today. “We, as builders of quality homes, are determined to be on-site, everyday, through every phase of construction.”

Fred started his own business in 1993, and became president of Carter-Foell Builders in 1999. Carter-Foell Builders was an award winning company with many fine homes in its portfolio. Fred’s son, Max, joined Carter-Foell Builders in early 1997 as a hands-on superintendent. Fred and Max are now known as Foell Builders Inc.
