Fred Foell began working as a custom home builder in 1983. “We would build the entire home from the ground, up. The only tasks we sub-contracted, were the mechanical trades. Fred now has shifted his focus to the aspects of Remodeling, Repair, and Additions. He has done large projects in the Raleigh area that included additions, complete kitchen and bath renovations along with 2 car garages and increased living spaces. Fred is proud of the fact that he is consistently under budget and on time. “I put a lot of thought into the dynamics of the project to make it as unobtrusive as possible. Constant communication with my customers is crucial and I can always be reached. Blending the new into the old is critical. The way I see it is if it looks like an addition, it simply was not done correctly.” Fred handles the smaller projects on his own.
